Do you own my ad account?
No. You own your Facebook page and ad account, always. We get "partner" access through Meta Business Manager, which you can remove anytime with one click. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
Is the sample ad really free?
Yes. We make it so you can see our work before deciding. No card, no contract. If you don't want to move forward, no hard feelings.
Why do I pay Facebook separately from your fee?
Think of a billboard: you pay the billboard company for the space, and a designer for the artwork. Your ad budget is the space. It goes straight from your card to Facebook to show your ads to people nearby, and we never touch it or mark it up. Our monthly fee covers the work: making the ads, targeting, managing and improving them, and your monthly report. This is how almost every agency works, and it means you always see exactly what Facebook charged and you control how much you spend.
How much should I spend on ads?
It's your call. Many local businesses start around $10–$20 a day and adjust once they see what comes in. You pay that directly to Meta, and you can change it anytime.
